The location was superb! It's the same building as Chibachuo station and surrounded by mini marts and restaurants. And it's 10 mins walk to Chiba Port Arena.
The staff were nice and willing to help. However, I booked for non-smoking room but still smelled cigarette smoke in my room. Especially in the night. I guess it came from the other room :(

The location is very convenient. I think it would be helpful if they will mention the check out time upon check in especially for the foreigners as the usual check out time is 12NN but this property is not 11am.
